Marissa Equihua was born on May 3, 2004 in a small town in Central Virginia. She grew up with a passion for film while watching shows like Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place (with her idol Selena Gomez) knowing that one day she too would be famous 

At age 5, she moved to Los Angeles with her family where she attended acting classes at the Gary Spatz Acting School. While she was in LA, she modeled for Truly Me by Sara Sara. She ten moved to New York City where preceded to grab two background roles and co-starring roles in a few low budget films. (Irene & Marie, Oblivion, 50 Years and Sacrifice)

She's a natural at acting and a personal favorite among her directors who have said " She lives the part " 

She's a beautiful, talented young lady with a heart of gold who enjoys horseback riding, dancing and playing with her 2 younger sisters. Marissa biggest dreams is one day be a successful actress and film director.
